The all new Mizuno F-60 fairway wood is packed with new technology whilst visually keeping that classic Mizuno look. Mizuno engineers have managed to replace the previous graphite crown / steel body combination which required a heavier bonding material found in the F-60 model. Now you can expect an ultra-lightweight titanium crown that is affixed to the high-tech precision stainless steel face and body through a patented new brazing process. The brazing process which uses a 3rd material to bond the two metals allows weight to be positioned very low in the clubhead allowing golfers to achieve a long and powerful ball flight. The state of the art titanium crown only weigh’s 3% of the whole club head, this enables them to move weight to were its needed low and deep for optimum trajectory and shot workability. The technology doesn’t stop there. Mizuno have incorporated CORTECH face design that maximizes the ball speed off the face at impact for improved control and distance.

The Mizuno F-60 fairway woods are available in right and left handed option and come fitted with a Mizuno Exsar FS 3 graphite shaft unless stated.

The Mizuno F-60 can be purchased as a 3 Wood / 4 Wood / 5 Wood or 7 Wood.

Staff Review: Mizuno F-60 Fairway Wood

Mizuno have yet to disappoint us on a club that we don’t like the look of and the F-60 fairway is no exception. At address the Mizuno F-60 sits perfectly square and neutral behind the ball giving you amazing confidence. The small sleek head design makes get the ball in the air without much problem and the sound is very solid. The only thing going against the Mizuno F-60 is its overall forgiveness, particularly off the deck the 3 wood wasn’t the most forgiving but yet off a small tee it flew effortlessly. Overall the Mizuno F-60 5 and 7 wood really packed a punch off the ground but 3 wood slightly more critical from off centre strikes. Another quality piece of equipment from Mizuno!
