The following set out the Terms and Conditions for Trade Registered Customers selling to Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk. Please read them; if you do not agree with them, do not register or use the Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk Trade website. If you register to use the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.
By registering to use the Website you:-
Confirm that you are legally able to enter into contracts to sell the goods you offer to Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk. For an individual, this means that you must be at least 18 years old.
Undertake to register on the Website using the correct name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, e-mail address and V.A.T. number of the company or business you own or represent along with any other requested details.
Agree to notify us with any updates to any of the information you supply, as soon as it changes.

2. Price and Payment for goods
2.1 Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk reserve the right to withdraw quotes at any time.
2.2 If clubs received by Second-Hand-Golf Clubs.co.uk do not match the rating described in the S-H-G-C Rating Guide, Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk reserve the right to amend the price paid accordingly. Payment will be automatically adjusted.
2.3 Purchase Orders must be signed and attached to the packaged club(s). If a package is received by Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk without the Purchase Order, this could cause a delay in the issue of payment.
2.4 If counterfeit clubs are sold to Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk, Trading Standards will need to be informed. If clubs are requested to be returned, the cost of delivery will be charged to the customer.
2.5 Any company or business registering a V.A.T. number will receive a V.A.T Purchase Order.
2.6 Payment will be made by cheque, made out to the selling business or company normally within 10 working days of Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk receiving the clubs. Payment can also be paid via Bank Transfer in the same way.
2.7 Cancellations or Missed collections will be chargeable to the seller, as the collection is automatically booked at the time the quotation is accepted. This will be at the rate charged by our courier at the time.
3. Conditions of your use of this Website
3.1 The contents of this Website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form without our prior written consent.
3.2 The copyright in the contents of all the pages in this Website are owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise specified.
