Under direction by Customs and Excise, Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk does not provide VAT invoices and VAT cannot be claimed back in respect of goods sold by Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk.
2.2 Prices are in pounds sterling or euros and amounts due are payable in the currency you select.
2.3 If you wish to sell clubs, Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk will provide you with a quotation price. Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk reserve the right to withdraw these quotes at any time.
2.4 If clubs received by Second-Hand-golf-Clubs.co.uk do not match the rating described in the S-H-G-C Rating Guide, Second-Hand-golf-Clubs.co.uk reserve the right to amend the price paid accordingly. Payment will be automatically adjusted.
2.5 Purchase Orders must be signed and attached to the packaged club(s) prior to despatch. If a package is received by Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk without the Purchase Order, this could cause a delay in the issue of payment.
2.6 Clubs should be well packaged and it is also recommended that proof of postage and/or insurance is obtained as Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk are unable to accept responsibility for any damage during transit or non-receipt of clubs.
2.7 Payment will normally be made by cheque within 3 working days of Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk receiving the clubs. Cheques will only be issued in Sterling.
2.8 If counterfeit clubs are sold to Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk, Trading Standards will be informed. If clubs are requested to be returned, the cost of delivery will be charged to the customer.
3.0 Live Auction.
Second-Hand-Golf-Clubs.co.uk reserve the right, if we have good reason (technical or legal) to close Auctions early, to extend Auctions, to cancel or withdraw listings or to terminate the entire service of providing Auctions, (this includes without limitation technical difficulties experienced by us or on the Internet) or otherwise at our sole discretion. When we can, we will try to provide reasonable advance notice to you of any actions we take. We will use reasonable endeavours to process bids which are placed, but we do not guarantee that any individual bid will be processed. We are not bound contractually or otherwise required to offer any of the Auctions.
3.1 Once BIDS are placed they cannot be retracted.
4. Conditions of your use of this Website
4.1 The contents of this Website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form without our prior written consent.
