Odyssey Putters have been around since the early 90’s and ever since then they have grown and grown to the point that they now share around 50% of the putter market. Its fair to say Odyssey putter engineers really no what there doing as new models filter into the market and on tour with almost instant success.

The success of Odyssey started with the renowned Odyssey dual force putters that offered a soft urethane insert in the face for optimum feel which in turn redistributed weight to the heel and toe to create a very stable and high MOI in each of the models.

From that came instant success with multiple wins worldwide and Odysseys first Major in 1996. Since then Odyssey putter have evolved and featured many different styles of face inserts, all different in feel off the face but the head designs have remained very traditional.

In 2001 Odyssey invented a putter that would change the way Putters are designed to this day. The simple yet extremely effective design of the Odyssey 2-Ball putter hit the golfing world by storm. Featuring 2 simple white disc’s on the back of the mallet head design the Odyssey 2-ball became the best selling putter in the world. The 2-ball design makes short putts very easy to align while the head design generated high MOI resulting in a more forgiveness for off centre strikes.
