The Titleist 909 F2 Fairway woods are aimed at golfers than want full control over their ball flight’s trajectory and shape. The beautifully crafted head design and a factory installed SureFit Swingweight Screw that helps to position the CG deep for optimum ball flight with high launch and mid spin. Constructed with a precision cast 17-4 Stainless steel body and 275 Carpenter steel face insert for a hotter feel and greater ball speeds. The 909F2 Fairway features a smooth soles design that helps lower turf resistance at impact and prevents any bounce and skip into the ball.
The Titleist 909D2 Fairway woods come fitted as standard with the Aldila VooDoo or Diamana Blue 75 shafts unless stated.

After testing the new Titleist 909D2, D3 and D Comp range we were mightily impressed so hopefully the 909 fairway woods will be of a similar standard. The shinny sole takes your eye and the jet black glossy head design sits exactly how a fairway wood should at address. Titleist clubs have never been renowned to have that ‘Hot’ feel off the face but this certainly does have a little more Zip than previous models. The only thing the Titleist 909F2 lacks is forgiveness, even though this is aimed at better golfers there is still little margin for error. However, ball flight and shot shape control will be easily achieved buy good golfers alike. We found the Aldila Voodoo shaft flighted the ball lower than the Diamana blue so we suggest you to try out both options before purchasing.
