Cobra Baffler TWS Utility. The Cobra Baffler TWS is new for the 2009 season. After the huge success with DWS range the Cobra engineers have developed a triple weighting system. The addition to the third weight now gives the TWS an optimal balance of High MOI and Low Centre of gravity. Combine this with a fast back crown design moves the CG low and to the back of the club which helps create a high launch angle enabling you to hit those high shots in to those long par 4's. All the Cobra Baffler TWS utility's come fitted with the Aldila DVS-HL shaft unless stated.
Staff Review: Cobra Baffler TWS Utility/Hybrid club
Cobra to date have never failed to deliver quality clubs so when we the Cobra TWS arrived with us we had great expectations.
First, the Cobra Baffler TWS utility looks slightly bigger in head size at address than previous models. This is due to the added weight that has been positioned in the head. TWS stands for triple weight system that really gives the TWS a very high flight which will suit all types of golfers especially if you struggle with the longer blades, which lefts face most of us do. The Cobra TWS will give so many more options from awkward undulating lies in the fairway to poor lies in the rough; the Cobra TWS performs to the highest level in both situations.
Our advice would be to leave those long blades in the garage and take a chance on a Cobra TWS utility club and flight it like the pro’s!
